The cafe and dining options in Rio de Janeiro are endless; the locals (cariocas) prefer to eat out, relishing the flavors and the atmosphere of each meal with no rushing or worrying. The universal food selections include pasta, seafoods, beef and poultry, yet they are zested with regional tastes and flavors. The climax of the Rio de Janeiro party scene is the well-known Carnaval, probably the most events on earth.
