How Can I Learn Precognition?

By Crysall Symes

Fantasy and science fiction books have told many times about people telling the future. While it has been described in these books and movies, it is actually something that many people experience on a very regular basis. It is not something that is from another world and that can only happen in a fiction story. Once you learn precognition you will have a much better understanding of the things that are in your head and the world that is constantly around you.

Thinking about precognition and how it relates to you and your past and future requires that you keep a few things in the front of your mind.

You should first gain a good understanding of what precognition is. To be very basic it can be described as an ability to look into the future, but it really isn't that magical. Even though some people use tools like pools of water, crystals, or mirrors to allow them to enter a deeper state of concentration they are simply using tools. The energy that you put into precognition is what makes it successful actually.

Remember that precognition is the ability to sense events before they happen; this is different from deja vu, which is a feeling that you have been there before. Take a moment to think about how these two concepts are different from each other.

You should begin your experience in learning precognition by remembering back to when you have had experiences like this in the past. You almost surely have had experiences in your past that could have been a precognitive event, even if you did not know it at the time. Think about if someone has come to your mind when you haven't talked to them in a very long time, maybe even years. Have you suddenly been thinking about them and then you receive a phone call from them or a maybe even a letter in the mail?

If you were to bring this up to friends and family you are sure to find others that have experienced a similar thing in their life. It is not a coincidence. It is a primary example of precognition that many people experience on a regular basis.

You cannot use the power of precognition to gain you millions by getting the winning lottery numbers in advance. Mostly you will only learn much more about what is happening in the world that you are living in.

Surely you have heard the stories that a person's precognitive sense has told them to not take a certain plane or to not go in to work that day. It is more likely that the precognitive senses have pulled them to make decisions or to go in a direction that they would not normally go. This means that you are more aware of the things that are going on around you and you will be able to perceive the patters that are there and see how well the different parts work as one.

When you are interested in learning precognition, take some time an consider how often you have felt it in your life. For instance, have you ever noticed that you are more likely to experience it when you are nearly asleep? Some people will dismiss this as dreams, but when you are falling asleep, you are open in a way that you never are when you are completely awake.

Your subconscious brain is allowed to open up and come to the front so that you can really see what is happening. There are those that believe that precognitive dreaming happens to people but they tend to get forgotten as soon as the person wakes from their sleep. It may be a better idea to concentrate your thoughts on things that are easier to remember.

If you get a precognitive feeling, write it down. Note the time and place that it happened and what you were doing at that point. This is something that can make a lot of difference to how you choose to move forward with learning precognition; learn more about yourself and what you can do to get the results that you need.

There are many people that begin to learn precognition and if it really intrigues them they have many different resources to turn to.
