Ease And Quality- The Choice Is Calphalon

By David Maslow

Calphalon cookware sets are simply a superior cookware product that will greatly enhance your kitchen. If you love to cook, then these cookware sets will as long as your passion for cooking does, and they're backed with lifetime warranties. They also make wedding gifts for new families starting their lives together.

Unlike other "reliable" brands of cookware on the market, these products don't look like they belong in a machine shop - they are durable and stylish. They are readily accessible for purchase at online auction sites or major online stores. The following is a brief description of three of the Calphalon cookware sets that are very popular.

The first set is the nine piece Calphalon commercial use hard anodized set. This whole set sells for a paltry two hundred dollars, and it includes a shallow saucepan of two and a half quart capacity, open skillets in varying sizes (8 in, 10 in, 12 in), and two covered chef's casseroles that come in three-quart and seven-quart sizes. They are safe to use on a broiler and in the oven as well. The casserole lids keep the food moist if left on during the cooking process, and they two can handle the heat.

The next set of Calphalon is ten pieces of non-stick hard anodized cookware. This set, also priced around two hundred dollars, is comprised of pieces with two layers of non-stick coating. Included are hard anodized non-stick coated utensils that will not crack or chip. There are also sauce pans of two sizes, a covered saut pan and stock pan, and two different sized skillets. The lids for the covered pots are domed tempered glass with silicone handles that stay cool no matter the temperature of the pot.

The third set in this review of Calphalon cookware lines is the fourteen-piece cookware set in the Simply Calphalon line. This set is priced at nearly three hundred dollars. Taking all of the amazing qualities of the previous sets, this set also includes quite a few more pieces. The set is comprised of a twelve inch covered omelet pan, three saucepans in varying sizes, a covered saut pan, two skillets of different sizes, and a stockpot.
