Nine Impressive Movies To View And Enjoy On Your Time Off

By Wanda Valencia

Timeless movie from the year 2005 "40 Year Old Virgin". Andy Sitzer is 40 years old, and is still a virgin. When his co-workers find out about his situation, they are right away on a assignment to get him laid. Mishaps and adventures result, with love just around the bend. Cool motion picture, not recommended for children. Starring Steve Carell, Catherine Keener, Paul Rudd, Seth Rogan.

South Sea Women is a timeless motion picture from the year 1953. Depressing island storyline of love and dishonesty with Cadet Lancaster kindling the fire with Mayo. Cast includes Burt Lancaster, Virginia Mayo, Chuck Connors, Arthur Guards, and Paul Burke.

Airheads came out in 1994, 3 metal heads with toy guns grudgingly take a radio station prisoner, needing to get airtime for their one and only demo tape. Not precisely the most demanding subject to lampoon, although the script is weak anyway. A somewhat vigorous direction and compact running time help a bit.

The initial from 1992 "Rampage". Expectant Long Island housewife, unable to deal with married life escapes her spouse and picks up a simple minded football player on the street. Cast includes Michael Biehn, AIex McArthur, Robert Duvall, Marya Zimmet, Tom Aldredge, and Laurie Crewes.

Macabre, Outlandish goings on in smaIl town where a physician's youthful daughter bafflingly disappears and a unspecified phone caller declares that the child has been buried alive. Cast includes William Prince, Jim Backus, Christine White, and Jacqueline Scott. (73 minutes, 1958)

Everyone's beloved motion picture, Black like Me, Mighty drama based on authentic history of a reporter who took drugs that allowed him to pass for black so he might face racial prejudice first hand. Some facets of presentation are outdated, although topics are still pertinent. Cast includes James Whitmore, Roscoe Lee Browne, Lenka Petersen, Sorrell Booke, Will Geer, Al Freeman, and Raymond Jacques.

"Night Nurse" Extraordinary, hard story of nurse (Stanwyck) who could not ignore strange goings on in home where she works. Blondell adds zingy support and it is one of Gable's most remarkable early appearances. Cast includes Barbara Stanwyck, Ben Lyon, Joan Blondell, Clark Gable, Charlotte Merriam, and Charles Winninger.

A memorable from the year 1981 Afurika Monogatari. Guide Sayer crashes his jet in wilds of Africa and comes upon a game conserve. Even old Jimmy is boring. The film was filmed in Kenya. Cast includes James Stewart, Philip Sayer, Eleanora Vallone, and Heekura Simba.

Rock My World, This is a pretty good comedy set in England (however shot and funded in Canada) that went directly to video in the U.S. although is far more involving than its theatrical destiny could show. We see an upper-class British couple rent their mansion to a rock band and end up posing as the butler and chef while the oddball team ultimately shows up. Observing the interplay create between these tremendously variant generations and lifestyles is fun and the music is shockingly catchy. Cast includes Peter O'Toole, Joan Plowright, Alicia Silverstone, Jairnz Woolvett, Keram Malicki-Sanchez, Christopher Bolton, and Lochlyn Munro.
