Awesome Petzl LED Headlamps

By Jason Matheson

Petzl LED headlamps are very bright. They're well known for that. Most of them weigh anywhere from 3 to 6 ounces so they're really comfortable and won't bother you at all.

Petzl's headlamps include 4 LEDs so the light you get from them is very even and clear. The LEDs are arranged so there aren't any dead spots. Also, the light get projected to nearly 30 meters.

The easy-to-use buttons let you pick 3 different light options and some of them come with a boost. Pick the high power for lots of light or the economy setting to save battery power.

Even on the highest setting you'll get lots of run-time but on the lowest setting most Petzls will last at least 120 hours.

As always, Petzl LED headlamps come with an adjustable headlamp so you can tilt it anywhere you need it.

Many Petzl LED Headlamps come waterproofed so that no matter what kind of weather you're in you dont have to worry about your headlamp shorting out. This can be a huge help in emergencies.

Also your headlamp will have a really sexy colorful adjustable strap so that large headed folk and small heads a like can strut their stuff on any rugged trail, be it a Paris runway or an Everest ascent.

The Petzl line of LED Headlamps also comes with a system that allows you to attach and rig up lights in any number of hard to reach places so if you need to see in an awkward place any Petzl will have the necessary hookups to see where you need to see.

Most Petzl LED Headlamps require 3 triple a batteries to run well and are even compatible with the lighter and more weather friendly lithium batteries.

Overall Petzl Headlamps have got what it takes to light your way for a long time no matter what kind of activity you're doing.
